The following workshops are being held through Freeport Recreation and Community Education in Freeport, Maine.
Life Crossroads
Are you at a place of transition or change in your life? This 2.5 hour workshop explores how to make the changes we desire in our lives by creating a vision, identifying values, designing an action plan, and encouraging follow-though. This workshop can help you make the “shift” in your thinking from feeling like you are at a crossroads to being on the path you are seeking.

Crossroads for Singles
This workshop is similar to the Life Crossroads Workshop yet is designed specifically for singles. We focus on making a clear vision of the life you want with love in mind, identifying what is important to you in relationships, and establishing what types of relationships in which you thrive best. Then, we look at action steps to bring this vision into your life. This class is open for individuals who have been dating awhile to those re-entering the dating scene. You will leave this class feeling empowered about the life you are living and the choices you are making.

Finding your Inner Mojo!
An Austin Powers inspired Dating/Break-up Survival Workshop
This fabulously fun workshop plays on the notions of romance introduced to us by the outlandish character Austin Powers. We will explore “Finding your Inner Mojo- a primer in developing dating self-confidence, “Oh Behave” –A discovery of the joys of flirting, and “Dispelling Dr. Evil”- how to keep your dating Gremlin at bay. This workshop is ideal for singles who want a fun and refreshing way to look at the dating scene and for those wishing to bring humor back to their dating life after a break-up.
