How Coaching Works
Getting Started :

Together we determine a plan that works for you based on your specific needs, goals and desires. Typically we will schedule 3-4 sessions per month for a minimum of three months.

Each session is approximately 45-60 minutes long and is typically conducted over the phone. (limited in-person coaching is available based on location)

Email support provided between sessions - perfect if you want to organize or clear your mind before you take a particular action step, share important news/breakthrough or find yourself stuck with one of your assignments.

Payment is made before the series of sessions begins or on the first of the month for that month’s coaching sessions-depending on our arrangement.

If at any time, you are not satisfied, we can stop coaching immediately. Remember, this is your process!
